Shelby was born and raised in Sarasota, FL and graduated from Florida State University with her B.S. in Finance and Economics. Upon graduation, Shelby moved to Denver, CO to start her career in Private Equity and soon transitioned into corporate healthcare. Her experience ranges from institutional investing to launching multi-million-dollar healthcare initiatives for a Fortune 200 company. In these roles, she has developed strategic negotiation skills, precise attention to detail, and excellent communication, all of which translate to her real estate profession. After 4 years of exposure to multiple residential and commercial real estate transactions in the Denver Metro area through family, Shelby decided to pursue her own passion for real estate by joining LIV Sotheby's. At the time of her move to Denver, Shelby had a limited local network and has rapidly grown her sphere to include a vast network of friends, colleagues and now family. This speaks to her ability to connect with others and establish meaningful relationships. No matter the task, Shelby is innately driven to succeed, and is willing to do whatever it takes for her clients to be 100% satisfied. She also has direct experience with luxury remodels and is passionate about working with real estate investors. When she is not helping her clients find their dream home, you can find her at her favorite workout class, discovering new restaurants in each of Denver's unique neighborhoods, or traveling to a new destination around the globe. Her other interests and hobbies include skiing, cooking, fashion, beauty, design, and golden retrievers.
